Import Word documents into PasteHTML emails

The Import from Word tool allows you to upload a Word document and automatically convert it into editable HTML content within the CKEditor. 

Please contact your Account Manager or iPost Support to enable this feature in your account. 

  1. Create or open an email. Please note that this feature can only be used with paste html emails).
  2. Click Continue to move into the email editor.
  3. In the Content section, select the Word to HTML content block.
  4. Select the Word document to import and convert.
  5. Once the file is processed, the converted HTML content will appear in the HTML editor and can be edited further. 
  6. Once complete, proceed to the Preview step to validate the HTML content.
