Editor Auto Save

This feature enables the Drag & Drop Editor to automatically save your progress while you are creating or updating an email. Changes to content will be saved automatically after 30 seconds; the timestamp of the last save will be updated and displayed under the editor.

To activate Auto-save, toggle the slider next to Enable Auto Save and click the Save button.

Auto-save will not validate the email or change its status to Active; the email must be Previewed in order to validate it and change the status to Ready.

Custom Fonts

Easily incorporate a variety of custom fonts for use in Drag & Drop emails and Snippets. When adding custom fonts, the following information is required:

  • Font Name: used to display the font in the Drag & Drop editor. This can be either the actual name of the font or any identifier that makes it easily recognizable to users.
  • Font URL: the address of the CSS document used to embed the font files and the CSS rules that apply them. It must use the https protocol, with a valid SSL certificate. Additionally, CORS policy must be enabled in the host to deliver the font files.
  • Font Family: the name of the custom font and any fallback choices (web-safe fonts such as serif, sans-serif, and monospace).
Add Custom Font

When selecting a custom font for use within the editor, the URL will be checked for a valid font regardless of the file type the URL points to. If a valid font is not found, it will default to the list of fonts defined in the Font Family in the order they were provided. If those are also unavailable, it will default to the font used in the template.

Removing Custom Fonts

To remove an individual custom font, click on the Trash Can icon next to that specific font. To clear all custom fonts, click on the Clear All icon at the top of the page.
